Roy Smart graduated from Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kansas, with a Bachelors of Interior Architecture in 1989.

Roy has practiced interior and architectural design in Arizona, Kansas and Minnesota. Roy is also a certified interior designer in the State of Minnesota.

Roy has designed casinos, hotels, convention/entertainment centers, movie theaters, shopping malls, retail spaces, medical facilities, offices, residences, religious facilities and restaurants.

Roy is in charge of design and document production for ESA.
